Tom Green endorsed by Rep Debbie Wasserman Schultz

 

 

Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Shultz's office has announced that she has endorsed Tom Green's candidacy in his race for Wilton Manors City Commission.

          Representative Wasserman Schultz has known Tom for many years and previously endorsed him in his three successful races for the Central Broward Water Control District.

          Tom has also been endorsed by Broward Property Appraiser Lori Parrish and School Board members Maureen Dinnen, Robin Bartleman,

and Jennifer Gottlieb.

          Organizations that have endorsed Tom Green for city commission include the Broward AFL-CIO, the Broward Teachers Union and the United Faculty of Florida.

          Wasserman Schultz has also endorsed Justin Flippen for one of the two city commission seats to be decided in the November 4th election.

Justin Flippen has been endorsed By Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz

 Dolphin Democrats President, Justin Flippen, has picked up a big name endorsement -- U.S. Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz -- in his campaign for Wilton Manors City Commission.


Wasserman Schultz, a Weston Democrat, represents Wilton Manors in Congress.

His other endorsers are County Commissioner Ken Keechl, County Property Appraiser Lori Parrish, former Wilton Manors mayors Jim Stork and Tracy Stafford, and former commissioners Sue Olson and Joe Angelo.

Flippen is one of five candidates. The top two in the November election win seats on the commission.


The others are Celeste Ellich,Thomas L. "Tom" Green, Jan Lee Page and Stephen Michael Zollo.

   Wasserman Schultz has also endorsed Tom Green. One of her aides called to say she's always been a supporter of Green's.
